Low-impact yoga poses, first for mom, and then baby are designed to calm, ease digestion.
For the next 45 minutes Loughney, 29, leads the women through a series of low-impact yoga poses, first for mom, and then some specifically for baby to calm nerves and ease digestion.

Loughney, a yoga instructor for the past 10 years, said the class is designed to help moms regain some balance in their lives, find inner peace and connect with other moms to help them through the emotional roller coaster of those first months at home with baby.
“After I had my first child I really struggled,” Loughney said. “I didn’t realize that it was going to be so hard. I took classes on breast-feeding … I had no preparation for the emotional part that comes with having a baby.”
