Morning Yoga Sequence, Lunge to Trikonasana Transition


This is a lovely short sequence to start your day in the morning. Introduce this transition between two classical postures, Trikonasana and Lunge, into your daily yoga practice. Doing at least 3 repetitions will create heat and strength. Build up to more to develop your practice and to coordinate your breath with your movement.
